Microsoft Teams: How to Set Working Hours

Step 1: Open Calendar settings
- In Teams, select Calendar from the left menu.
- Select More options (...) near the top-right of the calendar.
- Select Calendar settings.

Step 2: Go to Work hours and location
- In Calendar Settings, select Work hours and location from the left menu.
- Review the Work hours time zone shown at the top.
- The checked boxes show which days are part of your work week.

Step 3: Set your work days and hours
- Check the days you normally work, such as Mon through Fri.
- For each work day, choose the start time and end time from the drop-down boxes.
- Use the + button if you need to add another time block for the same day.

Step 4: Set work location options
- Use the location drop-down for each day if you want to show a work location.
- Leave Show work location on my calendar checked if you want the location to appear on your calendar.
- Under Share your location, choose how much detail people in your organization can see.
- Select X in the upper-right corner to close Calendar Settings when finished.
