Sign in to Adobe Creative Cloud
1. Enter your campus email address
On the Adobe sign-in screen, enter your CSUCI work email address, then select Continue.

2. Choose the campus account
If Adobe asks which account to use, select Company or School Account. Do not select Personal Account for the campus license.

3. Sign in through myCI
Adobe redirects you to the CSUCI myCI sign-in page. Enter your Dolphin Name and Dolphin Password, then select Sign In.

Complete Duo verification
4. Approve the Duo request
A Duo Push request is sent to your enrolled device. Open Duo Mobile and approve the request to continue.

5. Choose whether Duo should remember the device
On a CSUCI-managed computer assigned only to you, select Yes, this is my device. If the computer is shared, select No, other people use this device.

Install Adobe Application
6. Wait for Creative Cloud to open
Creative Cloud initializes after sign-in. Allow the application to finish loading before continuing.

7. Open the Apps page
In the left navigation pane, select Apps.

8. Install Application
Find the desired application (such as Acrobat) in the list of available applications, then select Install.

9. Allow the installation to finish
Creative Cloud first extracts the installation files and then installs the application. Keep Creative Cloud open until the process is complete.
10. Open Application
When installation is complete, the application card displays Open. Select Open to launch the application.

Confirm the installation
The application is ready to use when the application opens successfully. You can open it later from the Windows Start menu or from the application card in Creative Cloud.
If installation does not complete: Confirm that Creative Cloud is still signed in with your CSUCI myCI account, then try the installation again. If the issue continues, contact campus IT support and include the error message shown on screen.
