I’m having trouble with Duo. Where can I go for help?

Find solutions if you're having issues enrolling in or registering devices to Duo two-factor authentication.

If you are encountering problems enrolling or using Duo, help is available:

1. Contact the CSUCI ITS Help Desk by calling 805-437-8552
2. Stop by the CSUCI ITS Help Desk in the John Spoor Broome Library, room 1350, to get in-person help.
3. Watch the demonstration video that shows a step-by-step example of how one common type of smartphone can be enrolled. The enrollment process is very similar for all devices that work with Duo.
