Support with an Existing Application

Overview

Departments might need a specific software application for their department to perform functions within their job descriptions.

Please check your department's service level agreement that was established when your department first implemented the software. In some cases you are asked to contact the vendor's support line before reaching out to Information Technology Services (ITS) for assistance. Service level agreements for Cashnet, LOCKSS, NetDocuments, OneCard, OneCI 2.0, and StarRez are available online on the ITS Service Level Agreements site.

All CSUCI divisions/departments and employees requiring a department application necessary to perform any functions within their areas.
