Overview

ITS provides phone support, remote assistance, on-site technical support and repair services. ITS can assist users in installing and configuring standard desktop applications such as Outlook, Office, or other standard campus applications on Windows and Macintosh computers, tablets, and University smartphones, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software errors, connectivity issues, and virus/malware removal.

Most campus Windows and Macintosh desktop workstations are centrally managed and supported by ITS.
