The voicemail web inbox can be accessed at http://voicemail.csuci.edu/inbox. Please note that VPN connection is required to access the voicemail web inbox.
(Note: Shared VMs will need to have an account created. To request a Web access to a shared voicemail inbox, please submit an ITS Service Request)
Upon login, all messages will be visible
Upon selecting a message, the options to listen to, download, delete, or forward the message will be available.
Settings will allow you to make adjustments to your recorded name, change your pin and adjust playback settings.
Click the circle to record your name for voicemail.
Password > Change Pin
This option will allow you to change your voicemail PIN
Preferences > Playback.
This menu will allow you to change the playback speed and the order that messages playback in.
