Releasing Emails from EOP Quarantine

The following steps may be used to check Exchange Online Protection Quarantine at any time:

1) Access http://protection.office.com in your Web browser. If you are not already signed in to your Office account, sign in using your CSUCI email address.

* Please note that Apple Safari has had issues with opening the EOP Quarantine page due to certificate issues, so it is advised to use Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox.

2) Once signed in to the Office 365 Security & Compliance portal, click Threat Management > Review

3) Click Quarantine. A list of emails that were quarantined in the past 15 days should appear.

4) If an email was erroneously quarantined, you can release it to your inbox by clicking the check box next to the email, then selecting "Release message".
