"Walk-in" virtual support hours

Virtual "walk-in" support hours are hosted via Zoom from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click here to join the virtual walk-in support during the specifed hours via Zoom. * Walk-in support hours will resume on January 4th, 2021.


The IT Solution Center is closed during University holidays and closures.

Requests submitted during evening and weekend hours will be reviewed on the next business day. Critical system outages that occur outside business hours may be escalated for after business hours resolution.
