Get your Dolphin Name and Dolphin ID Number: Once you’re hired, Human Resources or Faculty Affairs will provide you with your Dolphin Name and Dolphin ID Number.

Activate your Dolphin Account: You must activate your Dolphin Account before you can use it to access myCI and other IT systems at the University.

Get free campus wireless Internet access: Learn how to set up your device for wireless Internet. Guests can get free wireless access as well.

Get the goCI mobile app: Get this free app for quick and easy access to maps, campus directory, dining locations, event information, and much more! Learn more about goCI

Get to know myCI: myCI is your one-stop shop for access to technology services, including CI Learn (to manage course content), CI Records (for rosters & grades), your CI email account, Dropbox and CI Docs (for accessing your files from home) and much more. Login to myCI now.

Access your employee “@csuci.edu” email: Just login to myCI and click the "Webmail" link to access your mailbox. Learn more about employee email here.

Access CI Learn, CI’s learning management system: You can use CI Learn to post assignments, conduct quizzes, and interact with your students. Just logon to myCI to access your course sections in CI Learn. Get help with CI Learn and other course-related technologies

See what classroom technology is available: Many classrooms have built-in computers, video projectors, and DVD players. Learn more about available classroom technology, and contact the ITS Help Desk to address any questions regarding classroom technology.

Get help with any technology issues: If you need help with classroom technology, your computer, your software or any technology advice, just browse the ITS Help Desk service catalog, call 805-437-8552, or stop by the ITS Help Desk's Service Desk in Broome Library 1350. Our knowledgeable ITS Help Desk team is happy to help!

Reset your Dolphin Password: If you forgot your password for myCI (or need to reset it), you can reset your Dolphin password.

Update your emergency contact info in myCI: Login to myCI and update your CSUCI Alert settings, to ensure that you receive the latest emergency messages from the University.

Contact your students: You can find email addresses of any students in the Campus Directory.
