Address Change

Overview: 

Current and previous employees may submit requests to update their home and mailing address. Updating an address ensures important documents such as W-2s, benefits, and HR correspondence arrive in a timely manner. 

(Note for students:  As a student and employee on campus, this process will only update Human Resources information. This will not change the address with the Registrar, to change a student record please visit the Registrar’s Office webpage.) 

Process: 

To access CHRS, log-on to myCI using CI credentials. You will need the DUO application to authenticate your log-on. From there, locate and click on the CHRS tile.

Access Employee Self Service and use the following steps to update your address:

  1. Navigate to CSU Personal Details
  2. Addresses page 
  3. From here you may update your home address and mailing address
