Employment Verification

Overview 

Employment verification generally helps in providing verification of income and/or employment needed to apply for a loan, home mortgage, new job, rental qualification, or social service benefits such as temporary assistance, housing assistance, child support, or nutrition assistance.  

Process  

  • Requests for verification are submitted in writing along with an authorization form signed by the employee. 
  • Requests for re-verification may be submitted by telephone, contact (805) 437-8490 
  • DO NOT INCLUDE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER in this service ticket. 
  • Use the "Submit HR Ticket" button to begin your request and send attachment. 
  • Available to: current and former staff, faculty, student employees
