What do I do when my browser-based VDI session won't work?


You're trying to setup your browser-based VDI session and you get the following error message:

Here are some steps you can take to try and resolve this error:

  1. Clear your browsers cache, close your browser, and try again.
  2. Open a private session (Incognito (Chrome), InPrivate (Edge), New Private Window (Firefox or Safari)) and try again. 

If these solutions don't work you may be encountering issues with your internet speed.  If this happens we recommend you try and connect to VDI using the remote-desktop method.
