Downloading Completed Agreements in Adobe Sign

Adobe Sign is an electronic signature and digital transaction management tool that can be used to replace manual, paper-based transactions and processes. In some cases, users may want to download a PDF copy of completed agreements for their personal records. The following steps can be used to download completed agreements in Adobe Sign.

1. Sign in to Adobe Sign using your CSUCI email address and myCI credentials when prompted.
    
2. Click the "Manage" tab.
    
3. Click "Completed" under the "Status". A list of your completed agreements will appear on the right side of the page.
   
   
    
4. Click the check box next to the agreement(s) that you wish to download
    
5. Click "Download PDF" to download the signed agreement(s) in PDF format.
