Adobe Sign is an electronic signature and digital transaction management tool that can be used to replace manual, paper-based transactions and processes. In some cases, users may want to download a PDF copy of completed agreements for their personal records. The following steps can be used to download completed agreements in Adobe Sign.
- Sign in to Adobe Sign using your CSUCI email address and myCI credentials when prompted.
- Click the "Manage" tab.
- Click "Completed" under the "Status". A list of your completed agreements will appear on the right side of the page.

- Click the check box next to the agreement(s) that you wish to download
- Click "Download PDF" to download the signed agreement(s) in PDF format.
