Office 365 Login for Alumni

Please note that between the hours of 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM on July 1st, 2022, alumni Microsoft Office 365 account access may be intermittent.

Signing in to Your Office 365 Account

Until July 1st, 2022, alumni may sign in to their Office 365 applications and the Office 365 Portal using their Dolphin Email address and Microsoft account password:

1. Access http://portal.office.com in your Web browser
2. When prompted, input your Dolphin email address (username@myci.csuci.edu) and Microsoft Office 365 password
3. After signing in to the Office 365 Portal, you may download the Office 365 applications, or use the Web-based applications.

Signing in on July 1st, 2022

Starting July 1st, 2022, usernames will change to the format of username@mycicsuci.onmicrosoft.com (example: Ekho.Dolphin123@mycicsuci.onmicrosoft.com). Your Microsoft Office password will remain the same. The following steps will be used to access your Microsoft Office 365:

1. Access http://portal.office.com in your Web browser
2. When prompted, input your Microsoft Office 365 username (username@mycicsuci.onmicrosoft.com) and Microsoft Office 365 password
3. If prompted to select a personal or work/school account upon logging in, please select work/school account.
4. After signing in to the Office 365 Portal, you may download the Office 365 applications, or use the Web-based applications.
