Request Software/Application Support

Overview

ITS provides remote and on-site technical support with software and applications. ITS can assist users with standard desktop applications such as Outlook, Office, or other standard campus applications on Windows and Macintosh computers, tablets, and University smartphones, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software errors, connectivity issues, and virus/malware removal.

Most campus Windows and Macintosh desktop workstations, labs, and classrooms are centrally managed and supported by ITS. 

Please use this service to get help with configuring, and/or troubleshooting software or applications on your computer, laptop, smartphone, tablet, or other device.

Getting Started

Use the "Request Software/Application Support" button to get started. Please be sure to include as much details regarding your software or application situation. If the computer, laptop, smartphone, tablet, or device is located on campus, please include the location of the equipment, and how best to access it. If the hardware/device is located in a room with a lot of other equipment (e.g. computer lab), include as much instruction as possible to identify which machine it is. You may also upload and attach pictures to your ticket.
