Changing the Default View in CI Fileflow

Overview

User may encounter an error stating that they do not have sufficient privileges to run searches in CI Fileflow despite having the proper assigned privileges as seen below.

Solution

This error is caused by an incorrect default view and can be resolved by changing the default view by using the steps below:

  1. Sign in to CI Fileflow
     
  2. Click the "hamburger menu" (three horizontal lines) in the upper-left portion of the screen

  3. Click "Student Documents"
  4. Perform your search
  5. Moving forward, your default view should allow searching of student documents
