Request help with CI Fileflow (Perceptive Content/ImageNow)

Overview

CI Fileflow enables documents to be scanned, stored, viewed, annotated and routed electronically between campus individuals and teams for review & approval. Currently, CI Fileflow is only used by the Enrollment Management workgroup.

Available to

Faculty and staff as licensed and authorized by Enrollment Management and the department of Information Technology Services (ITS).

Getting Started

Log in to myCI and click on the "CI File Flow" service. 

Get Help

If you do not see the "CI File Flow" service in myCI, please contact your manager to request access. 

For all other problems relating to workstations, scanners, scanner profiles or general help, please click on the "Request Service" button to request help.
