How do I request Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) on my university-issued personal computer?

  1. Submit a ticket to the Solution Center
  2.  A technician will contact you and install CC on your computer.
  3. You will be assigned a named license (an individual Creative Cloud license).  You will receive an email from Adobe when the named license is created.

How do I log on to CC?

Faculty and Staff login with their Dolphin email address, in the form of joe.dolphin@csuci.edu

Start one of the Adobe applications, and it will prompt you to login.  Here is an example with Adobe Photoshop:

  1. Start Adobe Photoshop

    Start Adobe Photoshop
     
  2. Login with your Dolphin email address, joe.dolphin@csuci.edu.  When you click on the password field, it will take you to myCI.

    Sign into photoshop with your dolphin address ending in @csuci.edu
     
  3. Log into myCI

    Login to myCI
     
  4. Photoshop is ready for you to use.

How many devices can I install CC with the named license?

Your named license lets you install your apps on more than one computer, activate (sign-in) on two, but use them on only one computer at a time.  

How do I request CC for a lab or classroom?

CC19 is already installed in all labs & classrooms. To report a discrepancy, please submit a ticket to the Solution Center.

How can I install CC on my personally-owned home computer? 

Once you have your named license assigned, you can login to adobe.com with your Dolphin account, joe.dolphin@csuci.edu and download Apps from the Adobe website.
