If your device is connected to a wi-fi network, you won't need access to a cellular data plan to get push notifications from Duo. Once the Duo Mobile App is set up, it can generate a passcode without being online by opening the Duo Mobile App on your device and then selecting the down arrow symbol next to the CSU Channel Islands service.

You can use that passcode to log in.
