Can I use two-factor authentication (2FA) if my device cannot connect to the internet?

The Duo app on your smartphone or tablet can still provide a passcode without any data connection. Click on the down arrow symbol in your Duo app to generate a six-digit code to use to complete your two-factor authentication.

 

 

You can use that passcode to log in.

To generate a new passcode, click on the circular arrows.
