myCI Pod Mobile App

Overview

Help is available for myCI Pod, CI's official mobile app for iOS and Android powered by Pathify, and the corresponding mobile website, https://pod.csuci.edu/. 

Use this service to:

  • Request help from an ITS Technician with how to install or use the goCI app
  • Submit feedback
  • Download the myCI Pod app onto your smart phone

Available to

Students, faculty, staff, guests, visitors

Getting Started

  1. Use the "Submit Feedback" button in the upper right corner of this page if you have any feedback or suggestions for content in the app.
  2. Use the "Submit Issue Ticket" button if you need assistance from ITS with installing or using the mobile app.
  3. To get started with installing goCI on your device, click on either the  "Get myCI Pod for Android" or "Get myCI Pod for IOS" buttons listed in the upper right corner.
