Quotes are necessary for purchases that are not made using a catalog’s punchouts.
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides assistance with obtaining new quotes to purchase desktops, laptops, tablets, software and accessories for both standard and non-standard (custom) equipment. Non-standard equipment is evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with ITS purchasing practices, and typically takes longer to procure than standard equipment.

Getting Started
Select the “Request a Quote for Custom Hardware or Software” button and fill in the form on the following page to submit your request. You may use the attachment field to upload supporting documentation. Refer to the list of standard equipment quotes to see if a standard quote is already available.
Once the quote has been obtained, or if your request is a standard procurement request, please make your purchase using P2P.
