Quotes are necessary for purchases that are not made using a catalog’s punchouts.
Information Technology Services (ITS) provides assistance with obtaining new quotes to purchase desktops, laptops, tablets, software and accessories for both standard and non-standard (custom) equipment. Non-standard equipment is evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with ITS purchasing practices, and typically takes longer to procure than standard equipment.

Getting Started
Select the “Go to P2P” button to shop the IT/Electronics catalogs first. If your product cannot be found or the catalog is not available, use an IT Hardware Request or IT Software Request form to complete your request. Once the request has been submitted, you will be able to attach the necessary supporting documentation. Examples of this documentation include the VPAT, Quote, and ITPIA.
