Please submit any general information security questions or issues using this service which are not listed in other service categories.
Report information security emergencies (such as data incidents, potential incidents, data loss, myCI account compromise or University identity theft) by calling the ITS Solution Center 805-437-8552, by sending an email to infosec@csuci.edu.
If you are a victim of a phishing incident or believe your myCI account has been compromised, please use the Forgot Password service to reset your myCI password as soon as possible.
Please note that CSUCI IT Services does not perform malware scans on personal devices. To perform a malware scan on a personally owned device, it is advised to download the free consumer edition of Malwarebytes.
