Desktop Printer & Copier Support

Overview

User Services in the CSUCI IT Services Department can provide assistance with installing, moving, and troubleshooting issues with local desktop printers and scanners connected via USB as well as network printers such as those on the Iceberg printer server.

Getting Help

  1. Use the "Request Help with Network Printer" button on this page to request assistance with network printers such as those on the Iceberg server.
  2. Use the "Request Help with Local Printer" button on this page to request assistance with local printers and copiers connected via USB.
