Overview
Information Technology Services provides assistance with movement of Cisco phones. In accordance with Ray Baum's Act, the phone's user, primary extension, MAC address, and new location must be provided in the appropriate fields on the service request form. Requestors must verify the new location of the phone before submitting their requests.
