Requirements
This service is only available to Faculty and Staff for work-related purposes. Please note that all requestors must provide accounting string for chargeback to their department. Account Number, Fund, and Department Number are required fields on the request form.
Get Help
To request a cellular phone or hotspot, please click the "Request Cellular Phone or Hotspot" button on this page. After submitting your request, you will receive an email with a link to the ITS - CSUCI Cell Phone / Hotspot Contract workflow in Adobe Sign. After the agreement is signed, please attach the completed document to your service request.
