Live and Work Well is an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed to provide confidential support for challenges that employees face in their everyday lives.

Confidentiality:
All records, including medical information, referrals and evaluations are kept strictly confidential in accordance with federal and state laws.
Accessibility:
Counseling services are available at no cost to you, your dependents, and anyone residing in your household. Each eligible member has five (5) counseling
sessions, per issue, per year. If additional services are recommended, the counselor will assist you with accessing providers covered by your insurance plan.
Counseling services approved by OptumHealth will no longer be available through OptumHealth effective 07/31/2021 .
Employees and/or family members should contact LifeMatters to initiate approval of additional services.
