Step 1: Open Calendar settings
In Teams, select
Calendar
from the left menu.
Select
More options (...)
near the top-right of the calendar.
Select
Calendar settings
.
Step 2: Go to Work hours and location
In Calendar Settings, select
Work hours and location
from the left menu.
Review the
Work hours time zone
shown at the top.
The checked boxes show which days are part of your work week.
Step 3: Set your work days and hours
Check the days you normally work, such as
Mon
through
Fri
.
For each work day, choose the start time and end time from the drop-down boxes.
Use the
+
button if you need to add another time block for the same day.
Step 4: Set work location options
Use the location drop-down for each day if you want to show a work location.
Leave
Show work location on my calendar
checked if you want the location to appear on your calendar.
Under
Share your location
, choose how much detail people in your organization can see.
Select
X
in the upper-right corner to close Calendar Settings when finished.
