I’m having trouble with Duo. Where can I go for help?

If you are encountering problems enrolling or using Duo, help is available:

1. Contact the CSUCI ITS HelpDesk by calling 805-437-8552
2. Stop by the CSUCI ITS HelpDesk in the John Spoor Broome Library, room 1350, to get in-person help.
3. Watch the demonstration video that shows a step-by-step example of how one common type of smartphone can be enrolled. The enrollment process is very similar for all devices that work with Duo.
