This service will assist you in procuring standard information technology (IT) equipment, products or services.
"Standard" IT equipment & products are commodity items which the department of Information Technology Services has standard quotes (such as standard desktops, laptops, tablets (iPads), etc.) Please visit the ITS Quotes page for more information or to download standard quotes.
Quotes are to be added directly as an attachment to your P2P requisition if it was made using an IT Hardware or IT Software form. If you shopped in P2P using an approved IT supplier catalog and punchout, you do not need to include the quote as an attachment. To access P2P and initiate your request, select the “Go to P2P” button. Once in P2P use the IT Hardware Request or IT Software Request form to initiate your request. These are both located under Shop > IT/Electronics.
Getting Started
Go to P2P and search the existing IT/Electronics catalogs. Carts can be filled and “punched out” for purchase using the catalog. This is very similar to how items were purchased within Marketplace. However, if the item you want to purchase cannot be found or the catalog is not yet available, you will need to visit the ITS Quotes page to download an up-to-date quote to be attached to your P2P requisition after your IT Hardware Request or IT Software Request form has been submitted in P2P.
Once you have obtained a standard quote, click the "Go to P2P" button on this page and complete the service request form.
