Report Issue with Phone Service

Overview

A number of factors could impact a user's telephone service, including equipment failure, infrastructure faults or software problems. Problems can include total loss of service, degraded service, incorrect feature/functionality, voicemail lockouts, and malfunctioning telephone equipment.

Users may report problems with their telephone service any time they feel it is degraded and are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible when describing the issue.

There is no charge for telephone service repair work. (If faulty department-owned equipment such as a telephone or headset is determined to be the problem, departments may incur replacement charges.)

If you want to learn to use your phone's features, please review the instructions on the Campus Phone Instructions knowledge base article before submitting a service request.
