Overview
Use this service to report hardware issues with computer lab computers. The appropriate lab technician will be notified and will resolve the issue where possible.
Please have the following information ready when submitting a request:
- Building and room number
- CSUCI asset tag number (white sticker with bar code and number)
- Description of the problem. Please be as descriptive as possible. If pertinent, provide information regarding which software or website was being used when the issue occurred.
