Hardware includes all university owned computers, laptops, televisions, monitors, projectors, printers, scanners, Pharos copy & printing machines, tablets/iPads, cameras, keyboards, and other technology accessories.
If you require assistance with any hardware on campus please use this service to gain assistance from an assigned technician.

Faculty, Staff, Students, and Guests operating university owned hardware.
Getting Started
Use the "Submit ITS Ticket" button to get started. Please be sure to include as much details regarding your hardware situation, including the location of the equipment, and how best to access it. If the hardware is located in a room with a lot of other equipment (e.g. computer lab), include as much instruction as possible to identify which machine it is. You may also upload and attach pictures to your ticket.
