Overview
A number of factors could impact a user's network connectivity, including equipment failure, infrastructure faults, or software problems. Problems can include total loss of service, degraded service, or malfunctioning network equipment.
Users may report problems with their network connections any time they feel it is degraded and are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible when describing the issue.
