Request Pharos Device Support

Overview

The Department of IT Services supports the Pharos printing service and Pharos printers on campus and can assist with troubleshooting issues with Pharos devices. This service offering can be used to request ITS assistance with Pharos devices such as cleaning, requesting toner refills, and reporting errors.
