Get Help
If you are a CSUCI student, faculty or staff member: please review the support options that are listed in the upper right corner of this page (Find My Login, Reset My Password, and Submit IT Ticket).
Your myCI access may also get locked due to entering your Dolphin Name & Dolphin Password incorrectly too many times. For most users, your myCI account will automatically unlock within 20 minutes; some users with elevated security privileges will require a manual unlock for their account.
If your account remains locked after 20 minutes from your last login attempt (or if you require a manual unlock of your account), you can do one of the following:
- Use the "Submit ITS Ticket" button on this page to create a support ticket (myCI login not required)
- Call the ITS Help Desk at 805-437-8552 during regular business hours
- Visit the ITS Help Desk at Broome Library 1350 during regular business hours
Answers to frequently asked questions about your myCI account (Dolphin Name and Dolphin Password) can be found in the Knowledgebase (click here)
