Software & Application Support

Overview

ITS provides remote and on-site technical support with software and applications. ITS can assist users with standard desktop applications such as Outlook, Office, or other standard campus applications on Windows and Macintosh computers, tablets, and University smartphones, as well as troubleshooting hardware and software errors, connectivity issues, and virus/malware removal.

Most campus Windows and Macintosh desktop workstations, labs, and classrooms are centrally managed and supported by ITS. 

Please use this service to get help with configuring, and/or troubleshooting software or applications on your computer, laptop, smartphone, tablet, or other device.

Getting Started

  1. Click the "Request Software/Application Support" to request assistance with software applications that are already installed.
  2. Click the "Request Software/Application Installation" to request assistance with installing or configuring software applications.
