Overview
Perceptive Content has recently undergone an upgrade. In order to connect to the new servers, users of the Perceptive Content desktop client will need to have the upgraded version of the client (EP4) installed on their computers.
Available to
Faculty and staff as licensed and authorized by Enrollment Management and the department of Information Technology Services (ITS).
Getting Started
Perceptive Content EP4 can be installed via Software Center. the steps for installing the application via Software Center can be found in the KB article: Installing Perceptive Content EP4 Client via Software Center.

If further assistance is needed with installing the Perceptive Content EP4 client, please click the "Submit ITS Request" button on this page, fill out the requested information in the request form, and submit your request. An ITS technician will contact you during your available hours to assist with the installation.
