Request VDI Access Assistance

Overview

The University provides a virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) to enable secure remote access.

NOTE: most campus services, including campus email, Dolphin Files, and CI Records can be accessed securely from remote locations without VDI using myCI.

VDI enables University users to access group network shares (such as the “G Drive”) and key campus software remotely. Learn more about what campus services require VPN vs VDI for remote access.
