Overview
The department of Information Technology Services provides the Cisco Jabber phone service to employees and University organizations. A Jabber account must be instantiated before Cisco Jabber can be used.

Ability to make and take calls from one's CSUCI issued extension without being physically located at one's CSUCI issued phone.

- Must have a CSUCI issued extension.
- Must install Cisco Jabber client.

Getting Started
Click the "Request Jabber Account" to request creation of a Cisco Jabber account. Please be sure to check the type(s) of device(s) that you intend to use Jabber with and the extension(s) that you will need to have access to via Jabber on the request form.
