The department of Information Technology Services provides Voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone service to employees and University organizations, using Cisco phones.

Benefits
Flat-fee billing for local and long-distance calls.
Requirements
Each purchased phone must be activated by ITS staff before use.
Cost
Here is a sampling of fees:
Cisco IP Phone - $400.00
Cisco IP Conference Phone - $800.00
Expansion Module - $275.00
Voicemail - $40.00 (one-time fee)
Fax Line - $170.00 (one-time fee)
New Phone Extension - $17.00 monthly
