Overview
The department of Information Technology Services provides Voice-over-IP (VoIP) phone service to employees and University organizations, using Cisco phones. This service offering is used to submit miscellaneous requests regarding telephony service other than purchasing new phones/services or updating phones/services, including requests for billing information of pre-existing extensions.
