The department of Information Technology Services provides call forwarding from campus extensions.

Faculty, Staff, Campus Organizations
Benefits
Ability to make and take calls from one's CSUCI issued extension without being physically located at one's CSUCI issued phone.
Requirements
- Must have a CSUCI-issued extension.
- Must have a phone number for the CSUCI-issued extension to be forwarded to.
Cost
Included in the cost of the CSUCI phone service
Getting Started
Call Forwarding can be enabled on campus phones using the Call Forwarding instructions in the Campus Phone and Voicemail Instructions Knowledge base article.
