Overview
Use this service to request changes to an existing phone such as changing the name on an existing phone extension or adding an existing phone extension to an existing phone. To request new phone service such as the purchase of a new voicemail inbox, phone extension, or Cisco phone, please use the Request New Phone/Service service offering.

Faculty, Staff, Campus Organizations
Benefits
Same benefits of having an ITS issued phone (i.e. flat-fee billing for local and long-distance calls), plus the ability to display and access multiple lines from one phone.
Requirements
Requested changes may only be made to phones that have already been purchased by an employee's department and activated by ITS staff.
